There’s esnips. And there’s imeem. They do provide 100% free mp3 streaming. Streaming. Period. But will they allow you to download the audio files for free? Yes and no. While some files can be downloaded, they are just “some” and not “most” neither “all.” With esnips, the only time that an audio file can be downloaded is if the file owner enable it for public download. Take note, it’s the file. So setting a file folder or directory for public download is equivalent to just public streaming although the actual download happens somewhere in your computer (I’ll mention more about this later).
