I’m Dane, Enad, Denden, Wachichaw, Daneb, DC and lately, Shawn. Confused of who I really am? I’m Dane, a blog addict. It’s really like that. People call me names. It’s either they misheard my name or they misread it. I’m a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a not-so-popular-not-even-a-university school but I love this place. Honestly. This is where I started to socialize. This is where I spent most of my computer times.
Currently, I’m working as a CSR at a call center in Cebu, Philippines. I earn big but I also sacrifice my “day” life. Just imagine being awake the whole night and being on slumber at daytime. That’s what our job is. I also couldn’t imagine about this before but I’m used to it now–used to being snore-deprived. Well, so much about my job. Why BlogAddict? (next paragraph please)
Let me just give you a brief background of my “web” experience. I’m not new to the web industry. I’ve been doing this kind of stuff since 2005–that is even if I never had a formal background. I started with WYSIWYG then turned to php scripting using Joomla which by then was still on 1.x.x releases. I already had a blogger account prior to Google purchasing it. But it was never maintained neither developed just like the other sites I created. In other words (I guess) they are just (unintentionally) for testing purposes. So again why BlogAddict? It isn’t just about addiction to blogging. To be honest, it’s the word that I could think of that other bloggers and visitors would easily remember and during domain registration, blogaddict.info is the best available domain to choose.
